How long is the free trial?
Every plan starts with 30 days free, with no card. Pay before the trial ends to keep trading.
How do I pay?
Monthly or yearly, against an invoice from Debian POS: by M-Pesa or card through Pesapal, or by bank transfer.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. A bigger plan starts at once and you pay only for the days left; a smaller one starts with your next period.
What counts towards a plan's limits?
Active branches and registers, staff who are not suspended, and each variant of an active product. Switch something off to make room.
Does it work without internet?
From Growth up, yes. The till keeps ringing up sales and printing receipts, and sends each sale once the connection is back.
What are add-ons?
Loyalty, import procurement, staff targets and the online store are add-ons, which any plan can take for a monthly price; Growth and Business include some free. Turning one off keeps its data, readable for 90 days.
Is KRA eTIMS included?
KRA eTIMS invoicing is on its way. Until then, shops keep issuing eTIMS invoices as they do today.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are what you pay: Debian POS does not charge VAT.
